What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to apply my skills in user growth and engagement initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

At RIO DE JANEIRO CITY HALL (SME-RJ), I analyzed learning KPIs and documented processes to support data-informed decisions and continuous improvement. I also contributed to educational platform optimization through requirements gathering and feature adaptation.

For an academic/personal project, I designed and maintained a database tracking grades, progress, and status for 520+ students. I used Advanced Excel and Google Sheets to organize records and generate reports, then created dashboards and KPIs to support early intervention.

At QCONCURSOS.COM, I monitored the EdTech platform’s user journey across onboarding, engagement, and retention. I supported users with personalized guidance, recorded feedback in CRM and ticketing systems, and monitored CSAT and NPS.

My earlier work includes reviewing content at GRUPOQ and teaching English at YES! IDIOMAS. I’m transitioning into technology while pursuing a Computer Systems Technologist degree at UFF, with certifications in cybersecurity, LGPD, and online fraud prevention.
