I'm currently leading franchise sales for United Franchise Group across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas, supporting the Signarama and Fully Promoted brands. I've ranked among the region's top producers and guided nine franchisees through successful business sales and ownership transitions.

As President and Owner of MCW Signs, I built two Signarama locations from startup into award-winning businesses, leading sales, operations, and P&L performance. I created outside-sales strategies that helped team members set individual sales records and developed national and recurring local accounts for predictable revenue.

Previously at Cotton Holdings, I led a 100+ person sales organization to $350M in annual revenue at 85% gross profit, while launching CRM and business intelligence capabilities to improve growth decisions and RFP capture.

At Halliburton, I led an 800+ person sales organization responsible for $300M in annual revenue and expanded a global product and services portfolio into new markets. My background also includes acquisitions, pricing, key-account strategy, and well-control services delivered across more than 16 countries.
