At Keck Medicine of USC, I provide Tier I/II support across hospitals and clinics and support an enterprise Windows 11 upgrade involving 2,000+ devices. I image and deploy PCs, laptops, and Mac workstations using SCCM and JAMF.
At 3x3 Technologies, I provide Level 1–3 remote and onsite support to 200+ users across 15 organizations. I manage support tickets and work on Microsoft 365 and Azure implementations, contributing to the 2024 LAWA Windows 11 image and rollout project.
At Perkins&Will, I supported local and remote Windows users, contributed to a 100-laptop upgrade rollout, and supported the Los Angeles office move. At Huntington Hospital, I supported more than 1,000 users and helped plan desktop, laptop, and workstation-on-wheels rollouts.
My experience also includes deploying computers and macOS devices at UCLA Health, supporting access and applications at MedMen and K-Swiss Global Brands, and providing desktop and VoIP support in other IT roles. I hold a CompTIA A+ certification and am pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University.
