I'm looking to continue resolving complex IT support, infrastructure, security, endpoint, and network issues while delivering reliable customer service and first-call resolution.

I've delivered field and deskside IT support for the USCIS Orlando Field Office, handling deployment, security remediation, asset inventory, encryption, telework, mobility, video conferencing, and network support across Tampa, Orlando, and Daytona Beach.

Previously, I supported Dell, HPE, EMC, and Quantum environments at Unisys and provided hardware, software, server, and network support at CompuCom.
