I’m an operations and customer service professional supporting short-term rental (STR) property management and project coordination, from planning to launch. I focus on property setup timelines, procurement, vendor/contractor coordination, utility activation, and compliance tracking.
I strengthen teams by improving internal workflows and making SOPs smoother and more efficient. I also coordinate with designers and contractors to keep projects aligned and execution on track.
