Hello! I am Jerwin Santiago, a dedicated professional with a strong background in Salesforce administration and channel management. Currently, I serve as a Channel Manager and Salesforce Administrator at ITD Cloud, where I maintain the Salesforce environment, create reports, dashboards, and manage user accounts. My role involves hiring prospective agents in the US to resell various products, including internet and cloud services, showcasing my ability to drive sales and manage relationships effectively.

Prior to my current position, I worked as a Senior Process Engineer at Cognizant PH, where I provided system administration support and handled tickets for our Salesforce organization. My experience also includes a role as a Technical Support Representative at Afni PH, where I assisted customers with their mobile and broadband services.
