What I'm looking for

I'm pursuing an IT support and service desk role where I can apply my hands-on training in Windows and Linux troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, account access, MFA concepts, and technical documentation.

At Lee and Associates, I respond to client questions, research account and transaction details, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records across concurrent assignments. I also coordinate clients and third parties while following documentation requirements and managing time-sensitive deadlines.

In cybersecurity training, I troubleshot Windows and Linux systems in virtual labs and worked with user, file, directory, permission, and access-control issues. I used Splunk to investigate security events and document findings, and analyzed network traffic with Wireshark and tcpdump.
