What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue growing in systems administration, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity while providing hands-on enterprise support, improving processes, and collaborating with technical teams.

I'm currently supporting the United States Army Corps of Engineers through IronArch Technology, providing Tier I/II support across Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, MECM/SCCM, network connectivity, and user access. I led equipment refreshes across 10 locations supporting approximately 300 users while maintaining security, patching, endpoint management, and DoD-aligned documentation.

Previously, I supported more than 350 robotic sensor nodes across 30+ domestic and international observatories at ExoAnalytics Solutions, now Anduril Industries. I diagnosed Windows/Linux hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues and worked directly with customers and engineering teams to restore availability.

Across DoD healthcare, FUJIFILM, and community technology work, I've built a hands-on record of resolving incidents, creating SOPs and knowledge articles, maintaining enterprise systems, and translating technical concepts into practical support and instruction.
