What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fast-paced operations, logistics, warehouse, or customer service role where I can improve processes, maintain accurate inventory and shipment records, support customers and teams, and take on new challenges.

My previous position was supporting warehouse and customer service operations at 12 Point Logistics, where I managed shipment records, coordinate drivers, address customer concerns, and oversee inventory, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.

I've built hands-on logistics experience with Fox Hill Trading, Bush Brothers & Co, Conagra Brands, and the U.S. Army Reserves. My work has included forklift operation, freight documentation, cycle counts, purchase-order verification, SAP-GUI processing, procurement, storage, distribution, and maintaining supply readiness.

Alongside operations work, I provide daily resident care as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Jefferson Park at Dandridge, including mobility support, vital-sign monitoring, nutritional tracking, and wound care.
