At Aetna Better Health of Virginia, I lead community outreach across Northern and Central Virginia, connecting underserved populations with healthcare and social service resources. I coordinate events with local organizations, health departments, and schools to address needs such as access to care, food security, and health literacy.
I work with Marketing, Network Relations, and Quality teams to track outreach and report on programs through Salesforce. Previously, I managed operations at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Southpoint, where I negotiated contracts to reduce budgetary expenditures.
