At Parasol Risk Managers, I lead day-to-day business and operational activities, including client relations and service delivery. I coordinate with insurers to negotiate suitable insurance solutions and respond to client needs.
I manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on repeat business, referrals and recommendations. I also oversee commercial and personal insurance quotations, including performance guarantee and contractors’ all-risk quotations.
At Tshenolo Insurance Brokers, I managed claims relating to South African Breweries owner-drivers, including Goods in Transit, third-party, motor accident damage and loss-of-use claims. I coordinated follow-up with stakeholders and supported clients through the claims process.
