I’m looking to lead aftersales operations and customer experience end-to-end—owning escalations, protecting reputation, improving processes, and delivering cost-controlled outcomes through strong stakeholder and supplier management.

I’m an experienced Aftersales Manager and operations/customer experience professional with over 20 years across automotive, manufacturing, telecommunications, and service environments. I act as a trusted escalation authority, resolving complex customer, operational, legal, financial, and reputational matters.

I’ve built a strong track record in aftersales operations, fleet management, vehicle buybacks, asset recovery, supplier management, and customer retention. In my current role, I coordinate national breakdown support, manage after-hours escalations, and negotiate repair quotations and supplier pricing while protecting the company’s reputation.

Earlier in my career, I strengthened service delivery through VIP and technical support work, troubleshooting diagnostics and billing/service-related disputes, and driving multi-department resolution. I also handled high-volume inbound data and billing support while maintaining customer records to support retention initiatives.

I bring operational depth from production leadership, managing shift operations, inventory control, and extrusion production lines with a focus on targets, quality, and delivery. Alongside my roles, I’ve also managed independent vehicle acquisition and resale—assessing, restoring, valuing, and remarketing vehicles to profitability.
