I'm looking to partner closely with founders or CEOs, owning executive operations, priorities, budgets, stakeholder communication and cross-functional follow-through in a high-trust environment.

I run the operating cadence behind founders and senior leaders, protecting executive time while keeping priorities, budgets, contracts, travel and stakeholder relationships moving.

As CEO and part owner of The Sultan Experience, I manage client calendars, vendor contracts, event logistics and high-profile private and corporate deliveries. Through Bluface Enterprises, I advise founders and senior leaders, oversee multi-client budgets and contracts, and deliver strategic brand, operational, financial management and compliance support.

My earlier leadership at Black & White Corp, Infinite Quest Marketing and The Standard Group built my experience in account strategy, negotiations, cross-functional delivery, client relationships and risk management. I bring discretion, commercial judgement and a practical follow-through approach to complex, time-sensitive work.
