In my current role as Trucking Claims Team Leader, I lead and support a team of 7, helping ensure targets, quality, and service standards are met.

I manage five inboxes and handle client, broker, marketer, and supplier queries and complaints. I also approve claims, process payments, and maintain accurate records.

I conduct daily audits, produce Excel reports for management, and update Microsoft Lists for capture and download to Excel. I also create training materials, videos, and presentations.

Before this, I worked in Motor Accident Claims – Recoveries, managing recoveries for motor accident claims and conducting investigations and research. I'm open to remote opportunities in data entry, virtual assistance, online research, content moderation, proofreading, website and app testing, and AI evaluation.
