I seek a legal-operations role where I can lead claims recovery, ensure compliance, improve processes, and deliver high client satisfaction in a collaborative team.

I strive to be an exceptional and driven individual, rooted in the belief that knowledge is a power that can never be taken away. I am a dedicated, fast learner with seven years of experience in the BPO sector. I am currently seeking a new challenge that allows me to expand my expertise and further my career.

I am a driven professional with 7 years of BPO experience, specializing in the full lifecycle of motor damage claims. From onboarding to financial settlement, I have developed a deep expertise in the legal and administrative aspects of the industry. I regularly interface with clients, insurers and solicitors, defendants, and the courts, ensuring high standards of professionalism and organization.

Since entering the industry, I have grown significantly. I have cultivated a reputation for being professional, organized, time efficient and dedicated. I am committed to exceeding targets and going the extra mile to achieve success by my own high standards.

Ultimately, I aim to become a successful freelancer where I can combine my passion for law and education. To me, a successful day is one where I have empowered someone with the right tools to handle their tasks independently and sustainably(and resolve problems efficiently).
