What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead PMO, operations, and SaaS delivery functions where I can build governance, guide cross-functional teams, improve release predictability, and deliver scalable digital products across complex, high-impact programmes.

I've led delivery across Hayina, Upscend UK, Hakeeem, MCDR, Emak, and Ecotel, building PMO governance and scaling SaaS, digital transformation, healthcare, finance, and education programmes.

At Hayina, I built the PMO function from the ground up and directed delivery for five customer, merchant, ambassador, and cloud platforms. I introduced governance frameworks, bilingual documentation, KPI dashboards, risk registers, and pilot SLA tracking for Riyadh neighbourhood operations.

At Upscend and Hakeeem, I owned end-to-end B2B and B2C learning marketplace delivery, from vendor onboarding and SCORM content to payment and medical-data API integrations. These platforms served hundreds of thousands of users, generated up to $6M in revenue, and improved cost efficiency through platform automation and vendor SLA management.

Across 20+ years, I've delivered hospital rollouts, national education technology programmes, financial automation, and enterprise infrastructure. My work has accelerated release cycles by 40%, generated $4M+ in savings, delivered major programmes ahead of schedule, and built cross-functional teams across international markets.
