What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic PMO, delivery, cloud, and digital transformation portfolios where I can build high-performing teams, strengthen governance, and deliver measurable business value across complex enterprise environments.

I've led PMO and delivery portfolios for Trax Group, Digitech/Noventiq, Atos, GBM, and HP Enterprise Services across MENA, GCC, and MEA. At Trax Group, I direct a 15M–20M SAR consulting portfolio and led IKEA's ERP and CRM program, which earned the 2024 Project Excellence Award.

At Atos, I scaled the Microsoft practice to 130+ people across multiple regions, helped establish Egypt's first digital bank, and closed ADIA's migration of 130 applications and 6.5 TB of data to PaaS. I also led the ICT PMO for COP27, reporting program status to the UN and MCIT.

Across 25+ years, I've built delivery organizations, governed multi-million-dollar portfolios, and led cloud, ERP, CRM, managed services, and digital transformation engagements. I bring hands-on experience in P&L, portfolio governance, multi-cloud delivery, presales, and executive stakeholder management.
