I’m a Certified Project Manager (PMP, PMO-CP, SAFe Agilist, SAFe RTE, CSM & CSPO) with 8 years of experience delivering complex software development, SAP implementations, IT, E-invoicing, and cybersecurity projects across EMEA. I’m known for aligning senior stakeholders, building momentum across cross-functional teams, and keeping delivery controlled through risk governance and clear planning.
In my current role at PwCETIC (Egypt Technology & Innovation Center), I lead project initiation and planning by authoring Statements of Work (SOWs) and establishing project baseline documentation. I also manage system implementations end-to-end—particularly integrations involving SAP with Vertex and e-invoicing systems.
Previously at Dell Technologies, I managed end-to-end cybersecurity managed services delivery for 90+ client accounts across EMEA while ensuring strict adherence to SOW scope and SLAs. I authored weekly progress reports, hosted monthly performance review calls with client leadership, and directed third-party vendor operations through procurement planning, operational discussions, and quality control audits.
Before moving fully into delivery leadership, I strengthened my quality foundation as an Associate in Software Quality Assurance at Expleo, performing automated regression testing using Tosca and executing exploratory and scripted manual testing.
