I’m a PMP-certified project manager with 6+ years of experience in technical project management, client relationship management, budget management, and risk management across diverse roles. In my current role as Operations Director at EL Branding Solutions, I manage daily operations and coordinate projects to ensure smooth branding service delivery and consistently strong client satisfaction. I focus on quality assurance, clear communication, and resource optimization to keep work moving efficiently.

As a Project Manager in the UAE, I led end-to-end delivery of a web portal and mobile application project for Dubai Police and other governmental entities, leveraging the Liferay platform. I coordinated 5+ cross-functional teams, monitored progress, proactively identified risks, and implemented mitigation strategies to protect timelines and deliverables.

I’ve also managed collection campaigns for major banking clients and delivered 6+ RPA projects for organizations including Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority and others.
