I’m an I.T Specialist with a comprehensive background in managing enterprise-grade network infrastructure and technical support operations. I focus on stabilizing complex environments, streamlining workflows, and delivering high-uptime solutions with minimal oversight.

At APPBITS Solutions Limited, I oversee the full technology lifecycle—from strategic procurement and deployment to proactive maintenance and security hardening. I monitor IT systems and manage ERP environments while supporting tier I-II technical operations to maintain uptime and reliability.

Previously, I contributed as an ICT Officer at Kenyatta National Hospital, managing ERP systems, network infrastructure, and database administration. I also led a Human Capital Management module project for SAP HANA/4 and served as a ToT trainer through my project lead experience.

I bring strong governance and resilience practices, including IT governance & compliance through service management frameworks and disaster recovery planning with backup & recovery strategies. I’m energized by roles where I can combine problem-solving, communication, and team leadership to meet SLA and business KPIs.
