At Opinov8, I built and delivered production web applications across six commercial projects. For an internal business platform, I developed a Python-based AI agent and MCP server, defined structured Agent Skills, and integrated Microsoft OAuth for controlled business actions.
I also acted as front-end technical lead for that platform, guiding engineers through technical advice and code reviews while owning architecture and implementation decisions in a microfrontend environment. On my AI Support Automation System project, I built structured multi-agent workflows with draft responses, guardrails, and escalation paths for human review.
