What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my utility engineering, pole-loading analysis, technical support, and customer-relations experience in a role where I can collaborate with teams, resolve problems, and contribute to project goals.

I've performed pole loading analysis for Vertical Dynamix and Butler America Telecom, reviewing existing and proposed pole configurations using O-Calc.

I review Make Ready Engineering worksheets, field photos, utility records, conductor sizes, and field-data discrepancies using IKE Office. I also create and edit KMZ files and use Katapult Pro at an advanced level.

I've worked closely with Field Engineers, Project Managers, JPA departments, and outside utilities to resolve conflicts and report project progress while meeting production goals.

My background also includes technical customer support, fraud prevention, database entry, web content management, logistics, and digital services. I'm accustomed to working as part of a team and as a creative individual, with strong communication, organization, planning, and customer-relations skills.
