What I'm looking for

I seek a technical customer-facing role where I can drive onboarding, adoption and expansion, work with cross-functional teams, influence product direction, and scale secure, repeatable delivery in a collaborative, growth-oriented company.

I am a technical customer-facing leader with 9+ years in B2B software, specializing in DevOps, application security, presales engineering, and Customer Success. I drive onboarding, adoption, expansions, and customer trust for global Health IT clients, with a strong focus on FHIR-based products.

At Health Samurai I rebuilt onboarding motions, launched a role-based client training redesign, and administered Jira analytics to improve visibility and delivery, while acting as a Team Security Champion to promote secure practices across teams.

As Head of Presales Engineers at SolidSoft I built the presales function from scratch, delivered 30+ end-to-end WAF pilot projects, standardized frameworks that saved significant engineering hours, and translated customer feedback into product backlog and partner-facing content.
