I’m looking to drive customer retention and revenue expansion in SaaS, bridging technical and non-technical teams through SQL/CRM insights, API troubleshooting, and workflow automation that reduces churn.

I’m a data-driven Customer Success & Growth Specialist with 3+ years of experience in SaaS support, technical troubleshooting, and revenue operations. I bridge the gap between non-technical users and complex systems using SQL, CRM tools, and API diagnostics.
