At Olimp.bet, I lead end-to-end delivery for 4–6 concurrent iGaming technology initiatives spanning customer-facing web products, internal services, and third-party integrations.

I coordinate a roughly 40-person environment across React, Java/Kotlin, QA, and System Analysis, while directly managing two Project Managers. I turn business priorities into executable scope, release plans, and capacity commitments, balancing value, deadlines, dependencies, and engineering effort.

I redesigned demand intake and requirements governance, introduced AI-assisted validation, and reduced typical engineering-side requirements reviews from 2–3 days to 1–2 days. By separating Discovery from Delivery and establishing a prioritised Ready-for-Development backlog, I virtually eliminated development idle time caused by incomplete analysis.

Previously, at Volvo Trucks, I delivered a year-long production technology implementation on schedule and within budget, coordinating international teams across Sweden, Poland, and India. I also bring client-facing delivery experience from IT Escort, including requirements definition, Axure prototypes, user flows, and implementation support.
