I run end-to-end IT projects—from the first client call to production. At Markello, I own discovery, planning, sprint execution, release, and post-launch, turning business goals into a prioritized backlog that delivers real product impact.

I’m careful about requirement gaps before development starts, not after. I catch inconsistencies during client discussions, design feature architecture and use cases up front, assess technical solutions and risks pre-development, and keep delivery aligned with business objectives through OKRs in Jira.

I lead Agile/Scrum delivery with consistent sprints and releases, while also using the waterfall model when it fits the context. I coordinated cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA), resolved blockers proactively, and used user scenario testing to find critical bugs early—reducing fix time.

My technical foundation comes from building with React/Next.js and working close to infrastructure. Earlier, I delivered frontend web features with React and integrated REST APIs, and I also handled IT support for CCTV, servers, and networks—diagnosing faults, tracking requests/incidents in Jira, maintaining documentation, and coordinating vendors.
