At NIS A.D. – PETROLEUM INDUSTRY OF SERBIA, I lead internal and external IT projects and coordinate a team of six developers alongside external vendors. I introduced a structured Jira and Confluence framework that gives teams one source of truth for tasks, requirements, dependencies, documentation, and project status.
At ERSTE GROUP, I joined a bank-wide IT transformation and Core Banking implementation where the DWH workstream was blocked and more than 2,000 issues were open. I restructured issue resolution and coordinated teams and dependencies, enabling resolution to resume and testing to move forward.
At PLAYRIX, I introduced a structured cross-functional workflow in Asana to clarify ownership, priorities, dependencies, and progress. At SIMPLE-TASK LLC, I managed five concurrent projects and implemented Scrum and structured reporting to improve alignment and visibility into project status, risks, and blockers.
Earlier, at NIS A.D. – PETROLEUM INDUSTRY OF SERBIA, I gathered business requirements, prepared functional specifications and technical documentation, and managed IT projects. I hold a BS in Computer Science and a Professional Scrum Master certification.
