I’m a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and experienced software and firmware project manager, focused on turning complex delivery into measurable progress. I specialize in careful, meticulous project planning and execution across web, iOS, and Android platforms.

In my current role as a Project Manager at Orion Telekom, I run sprint and release planning across multiple development projects using Agile Methodology. I manage development and implementation teams and external collaborators, and I stay in direct communication with the client for priority deliverables, testing scenarios, escalations, and reporting.

Previously, I led planning and requirements work for the HERO device as a Project Manager. I handled project and sprint planning for the Firmware component, drove Product Requirement Documents (PDR) creation and maintenance per release, and created and managed Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) while collaborating with development and QA teams.

Before project leadership, I built a quality-first foundation through roles including Senior Software QA Analyst, Quality Assurance Engineer, and IT Consultant. I bring this experience into my leadership style—organizing teams, aligning priorities, and improving efficiency and quality through structured delivery, testing planning, and stakeholder collaboration.
