I’m looking for a role where I can own day-to-day administrative and finance support, improve reporting with Excel, and keep transactions, invoices, and deadlines accurate—preferably in a team that values problem-solving and process improvements.

In accounts and operations roles, I supported management of transactions by ensuring payments were made on time and recorded accurately, and I processed supplier invoices to meet weekly deadlines while resolving inaccuracies. I’ve created and optimized reporting workflows—like building Excel spreadsheets to summarize late or projected-to-be-late truckers and using Excel functions/features to optimize daily traffic reporting and distribution.

I’ve also strengthened billing and payroll operations by coordinating invoice volumes across branch offices, correcting special invoicing requirements in SharePoint, and using systems like SAP, a mainframe, and Paychex to audit, configure, and generate reports.
