What I'm looking for
I am an experienced customer service and logistics professional focused on clear communication, accurate documentation, and timely deliveries. I combine customer-facing skills with logistics coordination to ensure seamless order fulfilment and high client satisfaction.
In my current role as Customer Service & Logistics Executive, I manage order processing, prepare quotes and invoices, coordinate with sales, finance and operations, and handle export documentation including Bills of Lading and Shipping Instructions. I proactively update customers and resolve issues to maintain transparency and trust.
Previously, I managed import/export formalities, customs reporting, freight billing accuracy, ERP reconciliations, and container loading coordination, gaining hands-on experience with sea, air and road logistics and Inco-terms (CIF, FOB, CNF). I have also supported shipment tracking, VGM entry, and permit applications.
I hold a Bachelor of Management (Logistics) with a 3.83 CGPA and a Diploma in Quality Assurance Engineering, and I participate in industry trainings such as AEO and ISO 9001:2015 awareness. I continuously seek process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
