What I'm looking for
I’m an IT support professional focused on Level 1–2 helpdesk delivery and continuous improvement of IT operations. At Astropay, I troubleshoot VPN, SQL database connections, and key productivity tools like Gmail, Google Drive, and MS Office to keep users productive.
I lead user lifecycle management end to end, including onboarding/offboarding, PC requests and pickups, and OKTA account creation with group assignments using an internal Group Matrix. I also manage IT access through AWS IAM policy updates and permission set creation for services like EC2, Route53, SFTP, and Secrets Manager.
I strengthen secure access and automation by administering OKTA provisioning/deprovisioning, configuring SSO/SCIM app integrations, and applying group-based access controls. On the CI/CD side, I administer Jenkins roles (including user role creation and assignment) and manage GitHub repository permission levels aligned with approval workflows.
I’m also trusted for audit readiness, supporting PCI, KPMG, and safeguarding audits through evidence gathering, log extraction, and remediation implementation. Previously, as an IT ServiceDesk Team Leader at DXC Technology, I owned SLA and FCR reviews, coached teams, championed knowledge bases, and improved customer satisfaction—translating that QA-and-leadership mindset into reliable, secure service delivery.
