Built and led the first 3G radio engineering team in Alcatel Romania (30 members) and defined the framework for 3G deployments and 2G upgrades. Supported SE Europe optimization and design projects and contributed to the successful Orange Romania 3G launch, achieving best-in-local-network performance benchmarks.
