At Code Industry, I set up the company end to end and lead its commercial operations, working with industrial, energy, logistics and live-events clients in Romania, Denmark and the Netherlands. I brought AI products to market, including EC Buddy, Electric Castle’s AI companion, and MindVault, a knowledge and workflow automation product.
As General Manager of Halcyon Mobile, I owned overall company results and led post-acquisition integration.
