What I'm looking for

I'm seeking international remote full-time or contract roles in sales operations, order management, and commercial operations.

At EPP Composite Pvt. Ltd., I manage the order-to-dispatch cycle for four business divisions, from order processing through production coordination, dispatch scheduling, and delivery confirmation.

I prepare quotations, invoices, credit notes, and contract documents, and coordinate with plant teams, warehouse, logistics, finance, and customers. I also resolve daily issues and maintain MIS reports and performance dashboards for management.

At KICH Architectural Products Pvt. Ltd., I managed three operational zones across India and supported government projects while coordinating dealer and distributor networks. I handled sales support and order fulfilment, and presented MIS reports on KPIs, sales trends, and customer feedback.
