What I'm looking for

I'm targeting Sales Operations or Commercial Operations roles, especially in industrial, HVAC, or engineering organisations, focused on process efficiency, reporting, pipeline visibility, and cross-functional execution.

At SSS Fabrication India Pvt. Ltd. (Vianen KVS), I coordinate the sales and order lifecycle for commercial kitchen ventilation and stainless-steel fabrication projects.

I review customer requirements and project layouts, then prepare quotations and proposals that align with technical specifications and approved pricing guidelines. I also follow up on quotations and support sales teams as opportunities progress.

I coordinate purchase-order documentation, shop-drawing approvals, and order milestones with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. I work with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and finance to support fulfilment and follow up on invoices and payments.

I maintain customer, quotation, purchase-order, and invoice records in CRM/ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365. I'm targeting Sales Operations or Commercial Operations roles focused on process efficiency, reporting, pipeline visibility, and cross-functional execution.
