I'm currently managing day-to-day sales and operations at Line Pro Controls Private Limited, including order processing, purchase-order checks, dispatch coordination, overseas customer follow-ups, and technical product support.

I use TICK ERP, SANGAM CRM, KONNECT CRM, and Microsoft Outlook to coordinate customer communication and maintain organized operational workflows. I've also helped improve workflow efficiency through coordination and reporting systems.

Previously at U-PACK, I handled back-office administration, customer queries, grievance redressal, GST documentation, data entry, invoice coordination, and sales and operational MIS reports. I supported customers across the US, UK, and Singapore with lead generation and service support.

My operational performance at U-PACK led to a promotion to Sales & Operations Executive and an Employee of the Month award in January 2026. I'm continuing my Bachelor of Management Studies while building practical experience in sales support and operations.
