What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-availability platforms—combining cloud microservices, APIs, and AI-powered capabilities—while mentoring teams and aligning with product and compliance needs.

I’m a Principal Member of Technical Staff with nearly 15 years of software and product development experience, delivering scalable, high-availability solutions. I focus on developing, designing, debugging, and solving complex problems—always aiming for robust, resilient systems.

In my current role as PMTS on the Cerner Patient Portal, I drive enhancements in the Histories module with a strong emphasis on usability, accessibility, and next-generation data capabilities. I delivered a print feature for patient history data, made the portal fully mobile-friendly, and led a migration from Gen1 to AI-supported Gen2 by transforming relational data into semantic objects and integrating a vector database for smarter retrieval and future-ready AI use cases.

At GoTo, I served as a Staff Software Engineer, leading the design and development of AI-powered features for the GoTo Meeting platform. I built meeting and webinar summarization from real-time audio/video streams, implemented a Notes feature to capture and persist meeting context, and helped maintain scalability and performance for high-load video and audio streaming through strong architectural decisions, deep code reviews, and engineering mentorship.

Earlier at Oracle and across my previous roles, I strengthened enterprise document management and ingestion workflows (including enhancements to capture and email-based ingestion reliability) and worked on cloud-based printing solutions in Agile environments. Across every engagement, I collaborate cross-functionally, align engineering with product goals and compliance constraints, and guide teams to deliver high-quality outcomes under real-world production pressures.
