What I'm looking for

I want an international/product-driven engineering role where I can lead backend architecture, mentor engineers, improve delivery processes, and reduce customer-impacting incidents.

I am a Principal Software Engineer and technical leader with roughly 12 years of experience building and owning backend systems, REST APIs, microservices and CI/CD pipelines for cybersecurity, healthcare and adtech products.

I have led and mentored cross-functional teams (dev + QA), introduced engineering processes (TDD, branching strategy, ADB/ADR practices), and driven architectural initiatives while collaborating with frontend and DevOps streams.

My technical work spans Java, Spring Boot, Groovy on Grails, Kafka Connect, Hibernate/JPA, multiple databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch), Docker and AWS; I’ve also implemented API contract testing, automation and triage processes to reduce business impact.

I seek to join product-driven, international teams where I can contribute as a backend tech lead or principal engineer, mentor engineers, and drive delivery of robust, scalable systems that reduce customer impact and accelerate product outcomes.
