I’m looking to lead strategic programs and operations in complex, regulated or technology-driven environments where I can align stakeholders, build practical systems, and turn fragmented data into decisive execution.

At American Gene Technologies, I partner with the President to drive alignment and execution across a gene therapy program for HIV treatment. I led the implementation of a GCP-compliant, data-validated patient framework that balanced scientific rigor with recruitment feasibility and supported the program's FDA fast track designation.

I also qualified potential clinical trial sites through GxP/GCP-aligned Technical Capability Profiles, rebuilt the company’s investor pitch and website, and engineered GenAI-automated workflows and performance dashboards to improve executive decision-making and forecasting.

Previously, at Kuehne+Nagel, I rebuilt post-sales alignment and launched a lightweight CRM that standardized records, reduced follow-ups by approximately 30%, and created clear pipeline visibility. I also led process mapping, workload forecasting, workforce reporting, and a communications turnaround later adopted as a LATAM regional framework.

My work spans biotech, logistics, education, and customer operations—from automating onboarding for 70+ clients at Danone to leading ERP migration and transformation at Cauneto Petrol Stations.
