I'm a project management and strategic operations professional with experience coordinating complex initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and translating business priorities into actionable plans.
I'm currently part of GSK's Future Leaders Program, where I've worked across strategic planning, project management, commercial operations, and marketing. During my PMO rotation, I helped coordinate the implementation of strategic partnerships involving a £60M portfolio, managing timelines, risks, deliverables, and communication across internal teams and external partners.
In my current Strategic Planning role, I also provide PMO support to the Chief of Staff, coordinating executive governance, the 2026–2027 leadership calendar, and strategic initiatives across business units. My work involves aligning stakeholders, tracking progress, anticipating potential roadblocks, and ensuring projects move from planning to execution. Earlier in my career, I gained experience in tech startups, which strengthened my adaptability, analytical thinking, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
I graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a degree in Political Science and International Relations, and I'm fluent in English and Portuguese. What I enjoy most is bringing people together, solving complex problems, and creating the structure needed to turn ideas into results. I'm particularly interested in remote opportunities in project management, PMO, strategic operations, and business operations, where I can contribute to collaborative, international teams.
