I’m a hard working professional focused on execution and delivery, with experience spanning Experience Management and development work. My work centers on connecting teams and suppliers while keeping customer experience smooth.

From 2022, I’ve worked as a Seller/Experience Manager, managing design tasks and orders end-to-end: planning design work, creating design tasks, preparing orders for suppliers, and finding new products and suppliers. I also handle daily financial report management, customer support, and act as the intermediary between suppliers and the design team.

Occasionally, I support the business by fixing UI website issues and building small software tools that help work run more efficiently. In parallel, I’ve supported broader customer-facing needs through direct customer service and support.

Previously, as a Developer at Fsoft in Ha Noi, I developed software and website systems for Japanese customers and managed small projects. I bring a practical, delivery-first mindset—clear communication, ownership of details, and steady follow-through.
