What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to grow in a dynamic environment where I can use project management, programming, and AI integration to streamline workflows and deliver impactful solutions.

At PHUONG NAM TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES COMPANY LIMITED (FPT Telecom Partner), I managed a team responsible for installing and maintaining home Internet connections. I planned and allocated resources to meet monthly and quarterly KPI targets.

I analyzed daily schedules, resolved task issues, and worked with other departments to determine how work should be handled. I also trained staff in customer service and proposed improvements based on customer needs.

As a part-time freelancer, I programmed websites and simple applications to automate repetitive tasks. I developed features to improve user experience and maintain systems, and consulted on and implemented AI tools and chatbots for clients.

I studied Information Technology at MIENTRUNG INDUSTRY AND TRADE COLLEGE. I’ve also completed coursework in AI and machine learning, and built personal programming projects, including AI agents.
