Developed and maintained various services providing customer and booking data to clients including dotcom and Salesforce. This role heavily utilized remote collaboration tools and practices for seamless team interaction and project delivery. Developed and maintained GraphQL API for client applications, fetching data from Elasticsearch datastore.

Worked as part of the Yellowstone team, responsible for internal frameworks and applications. Designed and developed the new look of the Service Console web page, used enterprise-wide to manage different services. Designed and developed the Service Console web service using Spring REST APIs.

Developed a website for Texas Cigars and Tobacco distributors to file tax returns and make payments online. Converted paper return forms to online forms using JSP, Bootstrap, JQuery, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and MyBatis frameworks. Developed microservices for user registration, user maintenance, and the main tax returns application.

Rewrote existing Tax applications in Spring MVC, Bootstrap, and MyBatis frameworks, enhancing user interfaces for seamless use on various devices. Converted applications like Natural Gas Tax and Sales Taxpayer Search. Developed a RESTful web service using Spring MVC RestController to expose Sheriff’s and Constable’s Fees details in JSON format.

Modified existing Claims and Policy Center systems, including upgrading applications to Spring 4 and Hibernate 4. Created a common landing page for Claims and Policy-related pages, routing users based on roles and access. Added REST web services to transfer data from the policy center to other systems.

Developed a web application providing real-time order tracking to customers, Marketing Associates, and distribution services. Configured Spring Scheduler for task execution, Spring MVC for web application, and LDAP authentication. Coordinated setting up Microsoft Azure cloud Virtual Machines, SQL Server, Salesforce Integration, and ExactTarget email/SMS notification systems.

Developed a website enabling customers, Marketing Associates, and Customer Service Representatives to look up Sysco products, reports, and enter orders. Integrated with Sysco’s new SAP platform. Implemented business logic in the business layer and exposed them as web services, utilizing Remote Function Calls to retrieve data from SAP CRM, ECC, and PI.

Enhanced the esysco.net website by adding new features like multi-buyer function and order import/export functionality. Led a development team of 4, coding the most important module in the enhancement. Anchored Unit, Integration, and System testing, coordinating with the offshore team.

Developed the eCommerce YourAvon.com site to the Global Internet Platform, focusing on improving, enhancing, and modernizing the site. Led a team of 6 offshore developers during the coding phase and developed two reusable screens. Anchored Unit and Integration testing with the offshore team from the client site.

Built an intranet web application named Retail Product Hierarchy Upgrade. Developed Export to Excel and Upload Excel functionalities for business users to maintain hierarchies. Anchored the development phase from Offshore and coded the core functionalities and main screens of the site.

Developed an intranet site called Material Maintenance, enabling users to maintain materials and modify attribute values. Coded three main screens of the application and implemented the deployment process using Ant and shell scripts. Supported the application from Onsite during deployment and steady state phases.

Implemented a new Trade Management strategy, enabling trades spent based on account performance. Did analysis with Proof of Concept for main functionalities using the Smartclient framework. Coded in accordance with the design, achieving zero defects in UAT.

Assisted in baseline maintenance, major and minor enhancements for the Planning and Activity Reporting System. Implemented detailed design for all enhancements and designed and developed complex UI screens. Provided UAT and Warranty support for all enhancements.
