What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead Java/Spring microservices delivery in a high-trust engineering culture—owning SDLC end to end, using Kafka/AWS for scalable systems, and guiding teams via mentoring, code reviews, and solid CI/CD.

I’m a Java Developer with 14+ years of experience across the full SDLC—design, development, implementation, and support—in the BFSI domain. I’ve led a 7-member development team through technical guidance, code reviews, mentoring, and system design, staying focused on building reliable, maintainable services end to end. Today, I’m driving microservices in Spring Boot/Spring Cloud environments and partnering across SDLC to ship with confidence.

In my recent role, I’ve automated and streamlined payment processing flows, building microservices with Java 17, Spring Boot 3, and RESTful APIs, while implementing asynchronous messaging (Solace) and workflow orchestration (Camunda 7) plus business rules execution (Drools). I’ve also delivered real-time event-driven architecture with Apache Kafka, set up CI/CD using Azure DevOps/Jenkins, and strengthened cloud deployments on AWS with secure secret management (HashiCorp Vault).
