I am an Epic-certified Ambulatory and MyChart analyst with a Master of Health Administration and hands-on experience implementing telehealth and ambulatory EHR solutions across large health systems. I lead implementations, build patient-facing materials, and act as the subject matter expert for telehealth workflows and MyChart functionality.
