I’m an Epic Ambulatory Certified Builder and EHR Application Analyst with 8+ years of experience supporting, optimizing, and implementing electronic health record systems across multi-facility healthcare environments.

I translate operational needs into scalable Epic solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, and patient safety. I’m hands-on with Epic content build and maintenance, configuration, and ongoing EHR application support to keep workflows aligned with compliance standards.

In my current role, I serve as a primary liaison across clinical programs, IT, vendors, and support teams to resolve Epic application issues and implement improvements. I document, triage, and resolve EHR incidents and enhancement requests, and I develop and execute testing scripts for new implementations, upgrades, patches, and defect fixes.

I also lead training and change management—delivering end-user training, supporting clinicians during Go-Live, and troubleshooting real-time issues to minimize disruption. With strong HIPAA/HITECH compliance knowledge and root-cause thinking, I focus on continuous enhancement of data quality, clinical workflows, and operational consistency.
