At Medical University of South Carolina, I manage Epic enhancement projects from requirements through production, coordinating clinical stakeholders, application teams, and technical dependencies.
I design and configure EpicCare workflows, plan application and integrated testing, and assess production impacts. I also resolve escalated Epic issues by tracing cross-application dependencies and documenting resolution in ServiceNow.
At Providence Health & Services, I supported Epic implementations, go-lives, and upgrades, and built application enhancements to improve workflow consistency and usability for clinicians. I defined requirements with clinical and informatics teams and investigated issues reported by clinical users.
I also provided technical guidance and trained inpatient and outpatient clinicians on Epic applications, including Haiku, Canto, Rover, and DAX. My certifications include EpicCare Ambulatory, Epic Genomics, and Epic Clinical Informatics.
