What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead restaurant operations end-to-end—multi-branch leadership, tight food cost and inventory control, team development, and consistently high customer ratings—while partnering with leadership to grow sales and maintain strict health/safety standards.

I’m a Restaurant General Manager who leads multi-branch operations with a focus on operational excellence, financial acumen, and measurable results. I drive revenue, improve customer satisfaction, reduce cost, and keep teams aligned through strategic planning and clear targets.

Since March 2024, I’ve managed successfully operations of all 6 branches, including opening 3 branches and supporting a newest branch in process. I’m responsible for keeping the food cost of all branches under 28%, conducting audits, and overseeing inventory control—ordering dry stocks and dairy and ensuring consistent stock levels at each branch.

I strengthen performance through weekly manager’s meetings, VIP bookings and group meals execution, and strict health/safety compliance. I maintain strong online presence too—successfully maintain reviews and ratings for each branch on various online portals such as Grab, Lineman, Google and TripAdvisor, with highest rating of 5 stars to minimum rating of 4.8 stars.

Earlier roles as a Restaurant Manager and Restaurant In- charge shaped my end-to-end expertise across front and back of house operations, menu engineering, staffing, and compliance. I handle supplier management, payroll auditing, accounts oversight, monthly inventories, pest controls, maintenance oversight, and I generate PNL to present in front of the Managing Director—always with cost control and efficient manpower as priorities.
