At TRIGENT SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED, I support the INTERNATIONAL formerly Navistar application by monitoring daily CE builds and checking transfers of CDMS web-application data. I investigate production issues through log analysis and structured troubleshooting.

I also support FALCON, an HR application, through functional, integration, regression and UAT testing. I document defects in Jira and manage test execution and evidence in TestRail.

On SKYLARK, a procurement application, I develop test scenarios from requirements and perform manual testing with Jira/ROVO and AI-assisted QA workflows. I work with developers and product teams to validate business rules and report defects.

Previously, at SEQUENTIAL TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL (INDIA) PVT. LTD., I coordinated incident management for WINDSTREAM and VERIZON COMMUNICATIONS. I managed major incident records, supported service restoration and handled incident activities using ITIL-aligned processes.
