What I'm looking for

I’m interested in applying my technical and business expertise to software implementation, solution configuration, and stakeholder-focused delivery.

At Heyram Consulting Ltd., I coordinated CRM development from requirements gathering through development and testing. I documented functional specifications and mapped workflows for bookings, payments, client portals, application tracking, lead management, and invoicing.

At GKS Employment Inc., I managed website development, digital campaigns, and lead-generation workflows. I generated 5,000+ leads at a 10% conversion rate and developed an Excel-based tracker for inquiries, follow-ups, and operational handoffs.

At G2C Partners, I developed and maintained websites using HTML, CSS, and database integrations, and tested cross-browser and device compatibility. I’m interested in applying my technical and business expertise to software implementation, solution configuration, and stakeholder-focused delivery.
